Session brief: This is a wellbeing session for practitioners which will look at how we can increase our emotional resilience by using self- compassion. We will explore what self-compassion is and how it can help us regulate and balance our emotions which is key in building emotional resilience. It will explore our threat, drive and soothe system and provide us with a toolkit to increase our ability to self-soothe.
